The editorial team of ESPES. The Slovak Journal of Aesthetics is pleased to report that the journal has just published its latest issue, titled Everyday Aesthetics: European Perspectives, co-edited by Elisabetta Di Stefano and Sanna Lehtinen. This issue includes 13 original papers and an interview with the photographer Nino Migliori, among other contributions. All contents are open access! The full issue can be viewed on the Journal’s website.
The call for papers for the next issues of ESPES are also available on the Journal’s website. The nearest deadlines for submissions are 31 January 2022 (a thematic symposium Aesthetics in Korea) and 28 February 2022 (Aesthetics Crossroads 4).
CALL FOR PROPOSALS
You are kindly invited to contribute to a new research outlet: Transcultural Aesthetics: The International Association for Aesthetics Book Series that will be published by Brill. This call for monographs and edited volumes encompasses, but is not strictly limited to, intercultural comparisons, inter- and trans-disciplinary western and non-western aesthetics, geopolitical aesthetics (ecologically and politically motivated migration; reevaluating colonialism and its cultural heritage), relations between philosophical and cultural-oriented aesthetics, media- and techno-aesthetics, aesthetics of historical and contemporary arts.

The Editorial Board is pleased the announce the new issue of AM Journal of Art and Media Studies, dedicated to Brazilian contemporary aesthetics, that gathers papers on some of the main figures that contributed decisively in the 20th century and beginning of the 21st to the development of research on aesthetics in Brazil, as well as articles focused on relevant topics of Brazilian culture, in the considered period, which had an impact on the philosophical reflections about art and culture in general and particularly in Brazil.
